I may also be able to help if you feel you have a problem with alcohol, drugs, gambling, food or other addictions - which are having a negative affect on your life - and often on the lives of your loved ones.


It is often difficult to admit having a problem in these areas – feelings of guilt, shame and a fear of being judged may be preventing you from seeking the help you need.
